Redefining construction and maintenance of photovoltaic installations is no small feat. It takes deep warehouses full of modules, partnerships with leading manufacturers, fast and reliable logistics networks, innovative robotic solutions and complementary services. We plan to continuously expand the list below and we welcome your requests for any service that we do not currently offer but we should.
Half of our services were introduced in Q2 2026 based on demand from our regular customers. You can read about the scope of each of them below and then proceed by contacting us through your preferred method of communication or booking a meeting in-person on one of our upcoming events or at our headquarter in Sofia next to Vasil Levski airport.
Custom module procurement
This is a service enabled specifically for customers who need to procure the entire equipment for a given project for a single supplier. It practically allows construction companies procuring both panels and support structures/trackers from us to complete the order adding the specified inverters and cables.
Our team will perform an up-to-date research of the market offerings for the desired components in order to offer the best price for each of them for customer’s approval. Mainstream models equipment are fast and easy to procure but should you need more rare models, do not delay their purchase as they can become critical items during construction.
Servicing of Solarcleano robots
Every owner of a Solarcleano robot shall be aware of the recommended simple do-it-yourself inspections and tightenings. More technically-savvy customers are welcome to troubleshoot and perform actual repairs with OEM spare parts provided directly by Solarcleano or via Solatrix. For all the rest that prefer to rely on professional service of any observed faults during and after the warranty period - you can use the dedicated service center with Solarcleano-trained personnel located in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Our service personnel will quickly and professionally repair your robot no matter the root cause. Both the mechanical and electronic departments are equipped with all the tools and spare parts to perform an express service/maintenance. A separate quality control team verifies all is in order before returning. You can rely on continuous updates throughout the process from initial contact and preparation for dispatch up until your robotic sidekick is back with you. Detailed quotation with breakdown of parts and service fees is provided for review and approval prior to any out-of-warranty repairs. Warranty repairs and general inspections+quotation are free.

PS: kindly send the remote control as well so that we can verify the issue and when it is fixed. You can skip sending the robot battery to reduce shipping costs. Please use original packaging.
Robotic cleaning demonstration
Regular cleaning of the solar panels is a must in order to ensure maximum efficiency and lifetime. However, it may be difficult to choose your best sidekick for the task with so many models of SolarCleano robots. Let us demonstrate the capabilities of Solarcleano M1 and/or F1 in a configuration that would work best for you. It will be great if you have a water outlet on premises but if not we can fill-in a 1000L tank and use it to clean for 1h30-2h of operations.
You can contact us to request a demonstration at your own solar installation or to sign up for a scheduled demo in your area. It will typically be a morning session but if specifically requested - we can showcase full HD live-feed remote-controlled operation of F1 with cameras and LED lights after sunset. This capability is reserved to F1 and L1 robots and is particularly suitable for cleaning during the hot summer when daytime temperature is too high.
At present we can perform a cleaning demonstration on solar arrays at up to 30° and trackers with gaps of up to 70cm. Our main areas of activity are Bulgaria and Romania but other EU neighbours are also welcome to request a dedicated demonstration or to join a scheduled one.
1P Trackers delivery and installation
PV BUDTRACK 1P single axis trackers are an ideal solution to get the maximum out of your solar modules and to catch both the sunrise and the sunset at ±60° . This dynamic and adaptive support structure will also preserve the panels with the storm option. High energy yield is guaranteed via Budtrack Smart AI controller, advanced backtracking, O&M service and safety features for wind and hail.
Support structures are made of steel with MagnelisⓇ coating from ArcelorMittal’s steelworks, which feature corrosion resistance in harsh environments, lower zinc runoff rate suitable for agri-PV and self-healing properties.

Structures engineering, delivery and installation
The design team would select for you the most suitable support structures according to the given conditions and will help in preparation of documentation. Special solutions are available for soft and hard soil and demanding terrain. Production and execution guidelines are developed in line with the desired specifications, ensuring the structures are manufactured to perfection.

Solar park design consultancy
Solatrix Ltd. offers consultancy services for solar park designs at any stage (including analysis with specialized software products) and provides a non-binding Proposal including firm fixed price for the supply of modules based on the existing portfolio and established partnerships and supply channels.
Ideally we should be involved at an earlier stage of project development while design changes are still possible if you want to guarantee availability of specific products. Alternatively, our sales team will identify the most suitable modules and compatible support structures/trackers for your ready-to-build design within the applicable tolerances and offer custom module procurement with discount for inverters and cables.
